Cancellations
You may cancel your order before work has begun. Once editing has started, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds
If you cancel before work begins, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
No refund is issued once editing work has started.
If we are unable to deliver your project, a full refund will be issued.
Revision Policy
We offer revisions as per your plan. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction if revisions have been offered and utilized.
